MOON TWP. — Two Sony cameras — one for video and one for photography — dangle against Blackhawk coach Ray Lion’s heart as he coaches in major diving competitions. He uses the footage and the prints as teaching tools.The most enduring image will be the final one he captured. He shot Blackhawk’s Abby Brown and Dan Frazier as they sat together atop the medal stand after winning gold medals at the Midwestern Athletic Conference diving championships Friday evening at Moon Area High School."It feels wonderful to know we did it together," Brown said.Frazier said Brown was one of the people who convinced him to try diving. Both were gymnasts. Brown said it wasn’t hard to persuade Frazier to get involved."I think he had a crush on one of the older divers."Now they’re both attracted to success.Brown, a senior, claimed gold after winning MAC medals in each of the past three seasons.
